I dedicated my efforts since the first day to study submbarine-systems and game mechanics to be able to spot and subdue destructive elements, and undo their sabotage. They have planned to solve this problem soon, implementing the "karma system". This is devs responsability and they are aware of that. The game is not perfect and have many failles to giefers to exploit. It makes no great difference, you deal with them the same way. I -for one- can't care less if someone sabotages for he is a traitor or if he just feels like it. Campaign is a shell for now, with many improvements of the roadmap. If that's what you are after, I'd hold for now. Same if you like to build stuff - constructing submarines and tinkering with it's systems is a joy.īut traitors and saboteurs are also the main source of complaints, as many would prefer playing pure co-op or singleplayer with bots. I say grab the game this very minute if that sounds exciting to you. I personally adore the above experience, and feel it's quite unique, and no run feels the same because of it. Or frame you as the traitor after trying to knock you out, so you can't yell for help. How do you feel about playing and talking with random people who try to cooperate, but they also may sabotage the sub and kill your crew? Maybe they cuff you, and weld you in the ballast tank to suffocate.
